What’s included

• Site clearing & grubbing — trees, brush, stumps, and debris removed; the site stripped to workable grade.
• Cut-and-fill grading — earthwork balanced to plan, with select fill placed and compacted in proper lifts.
• Building-pad preparation — pads built to engineered specifications, compaction-tested and ready for the foundation crew.
• Trenching — utility, plumbing, and electrical trenches cut to depth and spec, safely and to code.
• Drainage & erosion control — positive drainage, swales, and stormwater controls that respect both your lot and your neighbors’.

Houston clay doesn’t forgive shortcuts

The Gulf Coast’s expansive clays swell in the wet season and shrink hard in August drought. A pad thrown together without moisture conditioning and lift-by-lift compaction will move — and every crack in the slab, drywall, and brickwork above traces back to it. We build pads for the soil Houston actually has, not the soil we wish it had.

3. Execution — the right equipment, proper lifts and compaction, and a site kept safe and contained.
4. Handoff — a build-ready pad delivered on schedule to your foundation contractor — or to our own build team.
